I have heard about Melt on the "foodie" Facebook and Instagram groups I follow locally. I finally had the opportunity to try it myself. I have to say it was delicious! I loved the hamburger and fries with the house secret sauce. Melt has a very unimpressive location in a strip mall just a few blocks from the Leesburg Outlet Mall.
But their selection is extensive and unique for "just a burger joint".
I decided on the Paris burger and it did not disappoint. There is nothing wrong with balsamic carmelized onions and brie cheese on a brioche toasted bun! Yum!
It is a loooong drive from my house in Fairfax, but whenever I am in Leesburg I will definitely stop in again and order a burger here!
* One caution, read carefully! I thought I was adding a tip to my bill, but they do not allow tipping. That extra line is money they collect to donate to the local animal shelters!
