I was in a creative slump. I couldn't think of a dinner menu for Friday. Stacie's vegetarian falafel class offering popped in my inbox at the right time! The class was very comprehensive. I learned a lot of tips and tricks. Everything from slicing techniques to removing tomato seeds to make salads less watery.

Best of all, the meal was delicious! My husband, who shies away from trying new things, asked if I would please make the meal again sometime. Thanks Stacie! I now have a new vegetarian meal to add to my repertoire. And I'll never buy hummus again!
