2 TB instant coffee
2 TB sugar
2 TB hot water
Milk
In a bowl, combine the coffee and water, stirring to dissolve. Add the sugar. Using a hand mixer, start beating on medium - low speed. The mixture will begin to change color and become light and frothy. Spoon the mixture over chilled milk.
