Easy Chocolate Cake with Ganache from Southern Living 1 package devil’s food cake mix
1, 5.9 ounce package chocolate instant pudding mix
1 ¼ cups water
½ cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
½ cup whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan. Combine cake mix, instant pudding, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer 2 minutes. Then stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 55 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Then invert the cake onto a plate and let cool completely. Meanwhile, combine the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and whipping cream in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted. Let the chocolate stand for 15 minutes to allow time to slightly thicken. Then drizzle the chocolate over the cooled cake.
