THE STORY

Cooking Thyme with Stacie makes gourmet cuisine accessible for everyone. Founded in 2012, my desire is to share my joy for cooking and hospitality with students each week from my home kitchen. Whatever your skill set, there is a class for you! 

I am a former military attaché spouse who has entertained diplomats and service members in Japan, France, and all around the United States. I have a passion for food, sharing meals, and most of all, sharing the joys of hospitality with people like you!
